Sustainable Society
At TiBA, sustainability goes beyond environmental metrics — it is rooted in social equity, ethical governance, and long-term impact. Our commitment to creating a more inclusive, resilient, and forward-looking society is reflected in four key areas:
1. Respect for Human Rights & Social Equality
We foster a culture where every individual is treated equally — regardless of gender, age, ethnicity, belief, or identity.
While minimum 50% female representation is not a target, it is a reflection of our core value: equal opportunity. We create a fair work environment through inclusive HR practices that empower all team members.
2. Supporting Young Architects & Engineers
In contrast to the industry’s tendency to avoid hiring fresh graduates, we welcome and train young professionals at the heart of real projects.
We provide a space for learning, growth, and purpose — helping shape the future of the built environment with the next generation of talent.
3. Contribution to Social Development
We initiate pro bono design projects every year to support under-resourced municipalities and public institutions.
So far, we have:
- Designed and donated landscape projects for local governments
- Delivered social infrastructure like kindergartens, parks, and cultural spaces
- Provided architectural design for post-earthquake education facilities
We see these not just as social responsibility projects, but as opportunities for equality and impact through design.
